In 2012, cousins, Emma Garland and Sarah Armstrong launched The Block Shop, to help viewers in their quest to find the amazing products used on The Block.

Both had come from working at Channel 9, Emma as The Block’s Social Media Manager and Sarah as the show’s publicist where it was obvious that viewers wanted help finding where to buy products featured on the show.

The Block Shop is a dynamic, extensive and thriving eCommerce website tying in with the hit show. Wishlists, on-page live chat, a style blog, gift cards, easy shipping options and multiple payment gateways, including PayPal, credit card and AfterPay, were integrated into the modern, clean design to create an easy and enjoyable online shopping experience for customers.
